java验证码工具类，可选择英文验证码，中文验证码，算术验证码等策略，可继承策略类实现扩展。

  支持策略：字母验证码，中文验证码，算术验证码
  
  1.1 图片属性(可配置):验证码图片尺寸，背景色
  
  1.2 干扰项(可配置)：干扰线条，干扰噪点
