stmmac 网卡驱动，在两台设备上的表现差异

目前 PHY 下的 stmmac 网卡驱动，可以成功编译加载，并都能够识别到网卡设备。
在加载打过飞腾补丁的 at803x 驱动后，
在汉为和予先的盒子，表现出来的不同差异如下：

1. 汉为
网卡识别正常，网卡使用正常。

2. 予先
- ip a 命令，能够看到两个网卡设备，经和厂家确认，该网卡芯片是支持两个网口，
但是应客户要求，只接了一个网口到了盒子外壳。
